Refund policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in. Sealed products must remain unopened, and single cards must remain in their original sent condition.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
If your order arrives with an issue, contact us at hello@capitalcards.ie as soon as possible and include clear photos where relevant.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after the return is received and checked.
